Blue Label Capital is not a bank or direct lender and is not affiliated with any government agency, including the SBA. By using this site and submitting a pre-qualification request, you agree to these terms.
Pre-Qualification & Financing
Requests submitted through this website are inquiries only and do not constitute a loan application, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of financing. All financing is subject to underwriting, approval, and terms set by the third-party lender ultimately funding the transaction. Blue Label Capital packages and places deals across a network of lenders and does not fund loans directly.
Limitation of Liability
Blue Label Capital LLC provides commercial loan brokerage services and is not liable for lending decisions, loan terms, funding delays, or disputes arising from a lender relationship, which remain the responsibility of the funding lender.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado.
